Christian Children's Childcare Director

The Christian Children’s Childcare Director is the face of Christian Children’s Center (CCC), and is responsible for the day to day operations and promotion of the center. The director will supervise the CCC staff and their growth and development. The Christian Children’s Childcare Director will lead our after school program and be responsible for developing and maintaining the school age curriculum and structure for the after school program and summer school program.

The CCC is an established NAYCE accredited daycare center located within Our Redeemer Lutheran Church in Moorhead, MN. The Christian Children’s Childcare Director is an employee of Our Redeemer Lutheran Church and reports to the CCC Board.

Christian Children's Administration Coordinator

The Christian Children’s Administration Coordinator is responsible for all technology, administration functions (answering the phones, billing, reporting etc.), daily operations of the center and the business and financial aspects. The Christian Children’s Administration Coordinator will have supervision of the Food Service Staff, licensing, accreditation, and keeping these things up to date daily. The Christian Children’s Administration Coordinator will need to be proficient in technology and helping the center be up to date and current with social media, ProCare/Tuition Express, and proficient with all systems used at the Christian Childcare Center (CCC).

The Christian Childcare Center (CCC) is an established NAEYC accredited childcare center located within Our Redeemer Lutheran Church in Moorhead, MN. This position will report to the Christian Children’s Childcare Director.

Substitute Teachers

A person designated as a substitute must meet the qualifications for the assigned staff position as specified by MN licensing, except that the license holder may use substitutes who do not meet the qualifications for teacher in part 9503.0032, subpart 2, or assistant teacher in part 9503.0033, subpart 2, only if:

A. the amount of unqualified substitute hours per center per calendar year does not exceed 40 hours multiplied by the number of the center's full-time teacher and assistant teacher positions;

B. unqualified substitutes are not used as teachers or assistant teachers for more than ten consecutive working days for the same group of children per calendar year; and

C. there is always a person qualified as a teacher present within the center except as qualified in part9503.0040, subpart 2, item B.
